Our History
Krakow PLAV Post 178 was started December 13th 1970 by a group of veterans from the Krakow area , it was Chartered April16th 1971 they had 33 members. In the beginning the PLAV held their meeting in Church Basement or local Establishments, in 1996-1998 they became part of Pulaski Area Veterans and now hold their meetings in the Veterans Hall in Pulaski. The PLAV Celebrated 25th Anniversary on Sept.23rd 1995. The PLAV Participates in Military Honors for Veterans as well as other Community Events. We are committed to serving our Veterans and community . PLAV Post 178 was awarded the
CLEMENT ZABLOCKI Achievement on Nov.6th 2022 .
The PLAV is open to all active members of our Armed Forces and Honorably Discharged Veterans .
